Convex, expanding with age, slimy, often very wrinkly, grey or off white, to about 10 cm across

Pores

Large, angular, grey, bruising greenish

Stem

Equal or slightly broader at the base, off white to grey with a yellow or green hue at the apex, slimy, veil remnants present at the apex

Flesh

Soft, whitish, sometimes with a green flush in the stem base

Smell

Slightly scented

With larch on sandy and calcareous soils
