Paraphyses septate, cylindrical, tips slightly expanded. Marginal hairs septate, tips pointed, sometimes branched at the base, to about 500 µm long. Edibility Inedible Notes This fungus is rather similar to Scutellinia scutellata, both macroscopically and microscopically.
