Convex, then flattened, surface felty, scaly, margin decorated with hairs and appearing toothed, grey brown to yellow brown, to about 10 cm across

Pores

Very fine and barely visible to the naked eye, 4 to 6 per mm, whitish

Short, central, scaly, concolorous with the cap

Tough, whitish
