Basidia cylindrical to clavate, 4-spored. Gloeocystidia cylindrical to spindle shaped, filled with yellow content. Hyphal system monomitic, some hyphae encrusted, all septa clamped. Edibility Inedible Notes This species may well be much more common than the records suggest, as it is easily mistaken for a 'dull' Stereum, and hence overlooked.
