Cap

Convex, expanding with age, sometimes with a broad central bump, margin sometimes undulating, viscid when moist, pinkish brown, dark brick or orange brown, sometimes with a greyish pruina especially at the margin, to about 6 cm across

Broad, crowded, emarginate, edge finely serrated, whitish becoming pinkish brown then dark brown, margin pale

Stem

Equal, sometimes expanded at the base, hollow, finely scaly, whitish to pale pinkish brown

Firm, whitish to cream

Microscopic Features
