Convex, expanding with age, brown, covered with coarse scales, sometimes yellowing when bruised, margin decorated with veil remnants, to about 20 cm across

Broad, whitish, then pink, finally dark brown

Cylindrical, narrowing towards the apex, white, sometimes yellowing when bruised, ring large, fleshy
